Both times and by two different hosts, I received a warm greeting at the door, prepared my pedicure sink/station before seating me in the chair, offered something to drink and checked on me throughout my entire visit to make sure I was enjoying my experience and happy with my services. I was also very pleased with the services received - gel mani and pedi - so I definitely want to return for a massage and other services.
